Property Showcase
Prospective tenants can schedule viewings through email, text, call, or our website. We respond promptly to inquiries and offer efficient scheduling, including virtual showings via video calls for out-of-town applicants. After viewings, interested parties can apply for the property.
Signing of Lease Agreement
The chosen applicant signs the Lease either physically at our office or electronically, offering flexibility. Our Lease documents adhere to the Alberta Residential Tenancy Act. A Holding Fee, equivalent to one month’s rent, is collected at the time of Lease Signing, contributing to the first month’s rent.
Repair and Maintenance
Protect your property and keep tenants content. Our Repair/Maintenance Team, with strict protocols for different scenarios, ensures timely responses and cost-effective solutions. All vendors undergo stringent screening.
Move-In and Key Handover
After a successful Lease signing and Holding Fee collection, we coordinate a Move-In inspection and key handover with the tenants. The tenant provides a Damage Deposit equivalent to one month’s rent before Move-In.
