Typically, our leases are set for a standard “Fixed term One Year.” Once you complete five essential steps—applying for and being accepted for the property, paying the deposit and first month’s rent, signing the lease, and transferring utilities under your name (if necessary)—we will provide you with the keys to your new home.
At Real Living Estates Ltd., the security deposit is set at an amount equal to one month’s rent. This payment must be made in full before being granted permission to move into the property.
